Types of Roles at MCC

We recruit across a range of departments, including:

• Academic Staff – Lecturers, Course Leaders, and Programme Coordinators in Business, Health & Social Care, Digital Marketing, Event Management, Fashion Management, Psychology, and English for Academic Purposes.

• Student Support Services – Wellbeing Advisors, Student Success Tutors, and Learning Support staff.

• Professional Services – Marketing, Admissions, Human Resources, Finance, and Administration.

• Leadership and Management – Programme Managers, Heads of Department, and Senior Leadership roles.

All roles are based at our Birmingham city centre campus, with occasional hybrid or remote working available for eligible positions.
